Core + Pelvic Yoga Program
Core + Pelvic Yoga program will help you have less pain, less or no accidents, strength in your entire body. This is not an ab work out. This is for the parts of your body that were traumatized from carrying your babies and delivery. This can be a session by session or 6 week plan. Each time we meet is for 30 minutes and I guide you through a flow and reconnect your mind to your body, for you can heal. Your Core is crucial to healthy and happy lifestyle.
